Vessel Description
SURVEY AND CLASSIFICATION: Shall comply with the requirements of Queensland Survey USL 2B Hull and deck structure to Class
CONSTRUCTION: HULL AND DECK: Sheet and Plate - Grade 5083-H321, H116, 5086-H32, Extrusions - Grade 6061-T6, 6082-T5 Filler Wire - Grade 5356, Castings - Grade CC601-T1. All welders to be approved by the Survey Authority. Shoal Keel with lead bulb. Balanced rudder. SS striker plate.
DECK EQUIPMENT: Muir VRC3500A Anchor windlass, Gebo hatchs, flush hatchs to anchor locker, lazarette and lifting BBQ. Flexiteek decking. SS pushpit , pullpit, staunchions and lifelines. Sheer rail. Anchors; 70kg Plough, 40kg Danforth. Hydraulic stern door / swim platform. Aft cockpit: Twin steering. 40" SS 3 spoke wheel, 2 x pedestal with compass and sailing instruments. Centre cockpit: Folding table, remote helm, front opening esky, optional dodger and bimini.
RIG AND SAIL HANDLING: Custom spars, keel stepped, sloop rigged, with white paint finish Mainsail; Crosscut construction in two ply Dacron, Four full length battens, two rows of reefing points.

Arco 4800, 3200 for genoa and staysail. Ronstan/Frederiksen travellers, blocks, clutchs, tracks
OUTFIT AND FINISHING: The vessel shall be laid out as per the general arrangement drawings and all fittings and equipment required for the operation of the vessel shall be supplied.
Fitout: plywood with teak veneer joinery, moulded bench tops galley and heads. Galley: 240V Electric cooker, 4 Burners, grill and oven. Exhaust vent above stove. Combination microwave and convection oven. Garbage compactor. 240V Eutectic Fridge Freezer (470lts). Double sink with hot and cold water. Heads: 5 off, Electric toilets, sink and shower with hot and cold water, shower curtain, vanity cabinet. Exhaust vent. Wet locker under stairs with vent and drain. Hot and cold shower at lazarette.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: System is based on an water cooled compressor unit linked up to a multiple number of fan coil units. Design of the system shall be based upon an ambient operating temperature of 35°C (90% RH) and sea water of 32°C. Crew and Passenger spaces to be cooled to 21°C (50% RH).
